Good points on the wheelchair Comfortable seat, comfortable to drive, battery lasts a long time. Not much else is good about the chair.
Bad points on the wheelchair Bits break off too easily, swing away control pod for joystick is especially vulnerable to breaking. Charging socket consistently overheats requires replacement too often. Have had too many breakdowns.

Quality of technical support  Parts can be expensive to replace, and it can sometimes take too long for someone to come fix the chair

Good points on the wheelchair Very comfortable, reliable, useful seat functions which help me a lot when I am feeling tired. I also like the appearance and design of the chair.
Bad points on the wheelchair Very expensive!!!

Good points on the wheelchair It is a comfortable ride and has lots of optional functions
Bad points on the wheelchair Where do I start? My experience with this chair has been quite dreadful. The issues started with late delivery, a faulty freewheel system which left me careering across buses and slipping down drop curbs even when the machine was turned off. The 15mile battery range would actually only do under 5 miles, the anti tip wheels were set so low that, even at maximum adjustment to keep them off the floor I was stranded at Paddington station as the machine would not drive up the ramp and would not drive into London cabs. The foot rests are very poorly designed and easy to damage on curbs leaving them impossible to put back on. Eventually after 4 months the whole drive system failed. The chair would never manouver properly, nothing like the demonstration model. Poor back up from Sunrise, I am desperate

quality of assistance provided) 		 What can you say eager to sell the machine but very slow to solve problems. Very poor communicators. If a car of a similar value had had so many safety faults there would have been a full recall but nothing similar from Sunrise. I was told by the engineers who picked it up that the manufacturer that they have the most problems with is Sunrise, brilliant design and very poor build of chairs.
Quality of technical support  Came from the dealer. It has been patchy, not as fast or responsive as I would have liked and a lack of belief that the problems I have found were real. They have worked directly with Sunrise on the issues but the Sunrise guys have never been in touch as promised.
Any other comments A great design but luckily I can still weight bear. If I had not been able to do this I would have been stranded over and over again in this chair. I have had two chairs before but never one that has left me in tears over and over again. Be very wary before buying a Salsa.
