| Good points on the wheelchair | The wheelchair is mid-wheel drive which gives for excellent manoeuvrability. Before ordering the Levo I tried a Permobil and a Balder, and did not like the rear wheel drive. The standing feature is incredibly helpful, especially in the workplace. The seat functions are also invaluable and make many of my colleagues very jealous :-) I have always found the wheelchair comfortable to sit in and to ride. | |
| Bad points on the wheelchair | I have had quite a few problems. The batteries were recently changed, and on many occasions bits have fallen enough. It is difficult to compare to anyone else, so I am not sure whether these reliability are due to me or due to a poorly designed wheelchair. | |

The distributor has sometimes been ok. On occasions they have not always been the most helpful. However, when demonstrating the wheelchair, the guy was very helpful and did not try an annoying hard sell which I had experienced with other companies.
| Quality of technical support | I have had quite a few problems, but they have been always quickly sorted out by engineers who know what they are doing. However, even though the quality of technical support is good, it can be pricey. | |
| Any other comments | Overall, the wheelchair is still really good for me. It is the best standing wheelchair I have tried, and is excellent around the workplace. It is an expensive wheelchair but fortunately I was eligible to Access to Work funding. As mentioned above, there are some issues with the Levo, but nothing is perfect | |

| Good points on the wheelchair | When fully operational and not just in repair, it's great for standing and shifting positions. Also great for negotiating the murderous London pavements. A great chair - when it works. | |
| Bad points on the wheelchair | In the 9 months I've had it, it has already had three major defects - two of them potentially dangerous: Once it just stopped dead due to engine failure, another time it shot up into standing position by itself; had the knee-lock not been in place, I would have ended up on the floor. One of the actuators had packed up. I now find it very hard to trust this 12K piece of equipment when I'm out and about. | |

The Swiss manufacturer LEVO AG disappoints thoroughly - not a case of legendary Swiss accuracy and quality here; my chair was configured and put together badly with faulty parts.
| Quality of technical support | The dealer I bought it from, Gerald Simmonds, provides good customer service - which I excessively use due to my Levo's shortcomings. In how far the technical team there are involved in My chair's failures, I don't know... | |
| Any other comments | Maybe I'm exceptionally unlucky with my chair, but I would definitely not recommend it - on the contrary. There must be much more reliable and less dangerous alternatives on the market. | |
